Who we are
This website is operated by Alloon Labs, San Diego, California, which sells under the Velune Labs brand ("we", "us"). By ordering, you agree to these terms.
Our products
VELUNE LABS™ products are cosmetic ingredients for making your own external skincare and hair-care products. They are not finished products: dissolve and dilute them into a formula as described on the pouch before use.
Using them safely
- Don't apply undiluted powder or stock solution directly to skin.
- Patch-test each new formula on a small area for 24 hours, and stop using it if irritation occurs.
- For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children.
- If you are pregnant, nursing or under medical care, check with your doctor before using new skincare ingredients.
Cosmetic use
Our products are cosmetic ingredients and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Results depend on your formula and how you use it.
Age
You must be at least 18 years old to order.
Orders and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. We may cancel an order affected by a pricing or listing error and refund it in full.

Warranty and liability
We warrant that each product matches the specification on its Certificate of Analysis when it ships. Apart from that, products are sold as-is, and to the extent permitted by law we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for results from formulas you make.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
