We collect only what we need to ship your order, and we never sell it.
This policy covers velunelabs.com, operated by Alloon Labs (Velune Labs). The site does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and does not require an account. Last updated October 20, 2026.
What we collect
- Orders. Your name, shipping address, email address and what you ordered, so we can fulfill, ship and support your order. Payments are handled by Stripe under its own privacy policy; we never receive your full card number.
- Emails. If you write to us, we keep the conversation so we can reply and help with your order.
How we use it
Only to process and ship your order, answer your questions and keep the business records the law requires. We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Stripe (payments), USPS (delivery) and our email provider, each only as needed to complete your order. The website is hosted by Cloudflare and fonts are served by Google Fonts; both may log standard technical data such as IP addresses.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, typically seven years. Emails that aren't tied to an order are deleted after two years.
Your California privacy rights
If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy of it, to have it corrected or deleted, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information. To make a request, email us from the address you ordered with; we will confirm it is you and respond within 45 days. We will never treat you differently for using these rights. Residents of other states can make the same requests.
