$5.95 tracked shipping, free over $75. Delivered in 3–6 business days, with 30-day returns on unopened vials.
Shipping
- Cost. A flat $5.95 per order by USPS Ground Advantage with tracking. Free on orders over $75.
- Dispatch. Orders ship within two business days.
- Delivery. Most orders arrive 3–6 business days after you order. You get a tracking number by email when it ships.
- Destinations. We ship to addresses in the United States, including APO/FPO.
- Packing. Each gram is sealed in its own vial and foil pouch, in a padded mailer.
Returns
Changed your mind? Unopened, sealed vials can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Email us first and we will send the return address; return postage is paid by the buyer.
For safety, we can't accept vials that have been opened.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If anything arrives damaged, missing or wrong, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a quick photo, and we will send a replacement free of charge. You don't need to send anything back.
